Idk if any of you can help, but every single time I scratch my skin these appear and makes it ten times itchier and then they go away in about 15 minutes. WHY DOES MY SKIN DO THIS

Mine does that on my wrists and under side of my forearm and I've never been able to figure out why 😭😫
