Lol if you ever look at an adult sleeping their eyes move under their eyelids. It's called the REM state of sleep before the actual deep part of sleep.

Yea freaks me out. Also when she is asleep it looks like her eyes aren't all the way shut

Both of my kids did when they were newborns it scared me at first lol
