Any mommas here take sleep aids?

I cannot sleep, ever. It’s beginning to take a toll on my mental health and body. I used to take sleep aids in high school, but now I’m afraid I won’t wake up if my son wakes up in the middle of the night. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😩

I just started taking unisom it really helps me sleep.I still wake up every hour to pee though 🤣

I use natrol melatonin. 10mg. When I really need it.
