Time for a sensitive post these are not the easiest pictures to post, but I feel sharing my journey can maybe inspire someone else to do the same. It’s been a while since I’ve shared an update on my journey here we go. This is from the beginning of my journey at 6 months postpartum with Scarlett and the other day after 3 weeks into this hybrid challenge I embarked on. I have more work to do to be where I want to be but I am more comfortable with my body at this point than I have been in so many years. You can do hard things, it all starts with the mindset to get going and stick with it.
