I’ve used it with spearmint tea to reduce my PCOs symptoms and regulate my cycles .and got pregnant by accident . I was on it for 3 months before I got pregnant

I’m not sure if it works for regulating my period because I only had one period and I thought it didn’t work but I end up getting pregnant instead . So it help with ovulation I guess 🤷🏾‍♀️

I have. You need to let your doctor know too. You have to wean off it slowly once you become pregnant
