Our feeding routine is a mess. It used to be two babies on the boobs and one baby with a bottle of formula each feeding. But now I’ve increased my supply enough to pump, so we’ve got a little bit in the freezer. Also still supplementing with formula mostly just because I’m a mess and can’t thaw the breastmilk on time also I just keep forgetting. So now every feeding is just a frenzy of trying to get some some kind of milk into their bottle and some kind of nipple into their mouth. This morning I found myself dumping formula into a bottle of breastmilk, so I added the necessary water and turned it into two hybrid bottles. I’m not even sure if that’s allowed, but I did it and #TheBabiesAreStillAlive 🙌🏼
