My one month old baby has a lot of what they look like mini pimples all over his face. Is there anyone that can help me out & tell me why this happened & how I can treat it.

It’s very common. It will either go away on its own. Or you can use some breastmilk on his face to help

Breast milk instead of the lotion? Because I’ve noticed that even though i do put lotion on his face his face is still very dry

Baby acne , it’s normal
& it’ll go away . My son had it when he turned a month old too , now it’s almost fully clear

Thats ok it normal its baby ache my mom would have me just wash my kids faces after feeding and under the neck with a lil wash warm bit soapy wash cloth, but tends to go away on its own

It's completely normal and my drs told me to not put anything on it. They don't recommend lotion until 2 months old.
