Based on what a forensic nurse told me , the vagina is a fast healing body part so it may not always be “evidence” but it doesn’t mean the child wasn’t molested or touched .
Soo even still , I’m more inclined to believe that child .

The nurse explained to me had he fully penetrated she would have defin required medical care immediately .

What I’m saying is even if a child isn’t penetrated It doesn’t mean the molestation didn’t happen . A child doesn’t have to get penetrated for law enforcement/forensic nurse/ therapist etc to believe them .....

What i ment by depends is mostly teenagers « my sister said or dad touched her » when she was 14 soo my mom did everything went to see the cops and such but than my sisters said it wasn’t true she was just pissed off cause he punished her for a month of no cell phone « but they still have to prove that he was innocent « thats what i ment by depend
But like i said i would believe anyone who said they were molested
Statistically young kids won’t lie . Teenagers will disclose and sometimes take their statements back due to them being scared of what may happen to younger siblings and the other non offending parent that is in the household .... but still doesn’t mean it’s not true ...
Also with adult women , less than 2% lie about rape/sexual assault .
Yes thats why they still did the lie detector test for the same reason you described they said maybe she was denying cause she was scared of something (my younger sister)

yes that i know but now a days they will do lie detector test and such also but either way i will always always believe the children

they administer a lie detector test with suspects but not victims . It’s also not admissible in court.
