Has anyone struggled with traction alopecia? I recently found out that that is more than likely the real cause of my thinning temple and nape. I thought it was just post partum hair loss, but I was wrong =/

When im at home i can and usually do, but for work its gotta be above my chin =/ i really thought this was all normal hairloss from having my son, but apparently not
Traction alopecia is where like you put too much strain on your roots so it causes them to stop growing. I have to wear my hair in a ponytail/bun everyday for work, and i wear it up at home so LO doesnt pull it out. So now ive got balding areas on my temples and the nape of my neck from too many ponytail days
She has regular alopecia..idk about "traction" alopecia
Mymom has it 😞 so i make custom wigs for her 💚💙
My bestest friend has alopecia and she’s so beautiful and loving her bald head ☺️
