how long after birth did you wear a waist trainer? or do you have to wait a certain amount of time?

I wore mine after birth, an wore it everyday & night up until 2/3wks of PP.

@hollylaurel95, well it wasn’t necessarily a waist trainer but it was a wrap that’s recommended after birth! It helped ease my uterus discomfort.
I do have a waist trainer but don’t wear it much right now, I’m trying to tighten up my tummy first lol.
