I'm pumping, can I take benedryl? It's all I have right now and payday isn't until Friday. My throat is so scratchy and sore, I'm sneezing, coughing, and I have a runny nose. Theres so much damn pollen in the air, I hate it.

Benadryl can make baby sleepy and affect supply.
Just stay super hydrated.
I was on Benadryl AND Zyrtec because of a food allergy. It personally didn't affect my supply at all. Just made my daughter sleepy.
