Hello ladies Ive got one more month before baba arrives Any ideas on how to speed up labour to avoid being induced. Anyone went to labour by themselves and swear something worked on them lol

I did these exercises, I looked so silly doing it but im sure it helped bring on my labour with jessika xx

I don't think anything really works... I tried everything with my daughter and I still had to be induced 12 days past my due date. Even had two sweeps...

Yea I remember being on the birthing ball in hospital with my daughter it works wonders but where can you buy one from? I’ve never really seen any in stores?x

I went into labour naturally at 39+2. I spent most of my time on a birthing ball (mainly because that was the only comfortable seat in the house), I swear it helped get baby engaged x
