It's my birthday... and once again another shitty agenda for my birthday. Fiance is at work... I have to do grocery shopping. At 1:30 I have to get my son from daycare, at 2 get my fiance from work. We have to drive over the mountain to drop the car off at the dealership and get the loaner. Have my OB appt directly after. Then have to rush over the mountain to hopefully pick his son up from his mom on time. Yeah. Great birthday....

Mommas who are separated from their childrens dad. If my sons father is to get our son every other Friday-Sunday, but then tells me halfway through the week he can't take him Friday until Saturday due to taking up an optional shift at work, can I legally tell him he either takes him Friday at his ordered time or doesn't get him?
