MOM HACK FOR BUSY/TIRED MOMMIES
I have a “bottle basket” as I call it. It contains usually enough bottles to either make it through the night or most of the day! I already have her water in each bottle so I don’t have to worry about rushing to pour some water in it when she’s cranky. (I’ve been doing this since she was born) also sometimes I’ll keep diapers, wipes, and extra binkies in it. But lately I’ve thought of the best way to make a bottle at night! Usually I have to open the formula and get 3 scoops out and pour it in the bottle along with a small scoop of rice in a different container and being tired in the middle of the night I usually spill it or forget the count of scoops (yes this happens to me lol) so lately I’ve been using her travel formula holder to have a serving already ready to dump in the water (which is already in your bottle) and then shake and boom a bottle made in less than a minute! Feel free to share for other mommies! (only downside is if you make the basket big enough to last all day you’ll have a ton of bottles to wash every night. I don’t mind it because I wash them while she’s already sleeping)
I literally have this exact basket 😂 never thought to do this though . But honestly now my daughter might wake up once for a bottle so I don’t really need it anymore lol . But next baby I’ll have to keep this in mind ☺️
@zadiebrooke13, I have a diaper case like that . It’s got diaper rash cream, lotion & baby oil, diapers & wipes, bibs & burp cloths, a boogie sucker & a thermometer lol. Just don’t have anything set up to do bottles like that & I don’t know why cause it would make my life a lot easier if I did 😂
@goodvibetribe, I live in a two story house and I don’t find myself wanting to go down stairs and make a bottle when she’s hungry sometimes. It’s much easier to just carry a basket up there. I wash enough to make it through the day then every night I wash all of them and repeat.
