Can someone please explain these connections or Braxton hicks I really don't know what they are but it happens in my left lower area you know where you should have cramps and it happens like a contraction

It's a ligament that stretches during pregnancy. Can be a bit painful. nothing to worry about, almost everyone deals with it. And Braxton hicks contractions are painless, can be annoying, and you can definitely feel them sometimes, but also very common.

Oh ok does the pain from round ligament come and go

@tyneziah, yes. I read the uterus is naturally slightly tilted to the right. So when it grows it pulls more from the left side which is why it hurts more

Could it be round ligament? It generally happens on left side at this time

Time them. See if they are consistent and get closer together and stronger. That's what I have heard

They aren't really close together but they are painful and it isn't the first time it's happened
