I gave my best friend a picture of the two of us together turned into a card that told her how special she was to me and how much I loved her. She passed at 102. Time spent is the best gift at that age and a good foot/hand massage!

Could you put together a book or something with memories of her life? Pictures, stories from people/family and present it really special with her favourite colours and flowers and things?
