Got me this personal blender from Walmart for $10 and I love it! I’ve been able to make Layla shakes and smoothies so she gets the nutrition she needs and make myself protein shakes and healthy smoothies for breakfast and snack! If y’all are looking for a good blender, get this one!

So pediatrician wants me to give her a table of mirlax everyday until she’s regulated I rathe do it a natural way so she’s not depending on that. She doesn’t eat veggie like refuses so I make her green smoothies daily, I just got her pear juice & She drinks a lot of water... what other ways can I get her moving I mean it’s only been 2 days & she just got over a virus
