Anyone ever lose their mucus plug in the second trimester and make it to term?

I’ve had a very stressful day, that ended with me cramping before falling asleep. I went to the bathroom & part of my plug came out. I’m kinda nervous as previously when this happened I had the baby within a few days. I’m only 24 weeks.
