I had delicious pesto chicken sandwiches planned for dinner. But those ungrateful children of mine complained they wanted Chinese food (delivery) so I compromised and made teriyaki chicken rice bowls instead (mine has cauliflower rice)

This is much healthier then the sandwich 😆😆😆 but damn I was looking forward to that sandwich. But all 4 of the big kids ganged up on me 😑🙄

My chicken pesto with roasted veggies is the healthiest meal I make. Other than that, we don't eat healthy... I won't lie 🤣

@nerdymommyplus2, I’m on weight watchers so basically that means everyone is 🤷🏼♀️ lol I’m in maintenance now. But I still have to keep to my points. So everyone else does too. I just modify recipes. Like the sandwiches. Mine would have been on lettuce instead of bread. This rice bowl. Mine is cauliflower rice instead of real rice.
