I have HG too and it’s the worst especially with a hyper one year old who constantly needs his mommy. 🤦🏻♀️

@malikaimama, No, unfortunately I haven’t but I do sit in a warm shower to try to help but nothing really works because even in a warm shower I’ll have to jump out and throw up. It’s hard and miserable.

A severe type of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.

I found out the my HG was triggered due to my Acid Reflux. I almost died before I found out though. Try some acid relief and see if that helps.
