Does anyone know how i would go about getting separate insurance for baby

They will back date it for you once their insurance comes in.

Thank you. Through my insurance i only get 7 days of coverage for baby will that be enough time to get their insurance going

It should be. As long as you get the ball rolling within the 7 days.

You'll have to wait once baby is born to provide their information.

We had separate insurance for our son. We got it through our state’s online healthcare exchange. To add him we just needed his social security card to come in the mail first. It took about a month to receive it. But they are typically able to backdate the coverage.
