So what is the easiest, less painful way to dry up my milk? I am done breastfeeding (for my own reasons so no negative comments or ask me why or try to tell me the good in breastfeeding. I know.) today is the first day with out breastfeeding so far and I’m in so much pain. HELP! Thanks!

Cabbage bras help.  I used an ace bandage to hold the girls down.

@gummybear728, I may be wrong but I think that’s why when the baby is a new born they suggest for baby to get well established on the breast before introducing a bottle.
