I just found out after 41yrs that my sister is my half-sister (different fathers)...at least now I have validation why my mother has always treated me differently and was mean to me all my life. Maybe that’s one of the reasons why it was so easy for her to disown me and stop talking to me for over 10yrs. I just don’t understand why my grandmother and all my other family members waited this long to finally tell me. I’m still processing it and having a difficult time, but at least I know the truth now.
