Anybody else deal with a phase of REFUSING to go to sleep/nap time? My son is a little over 18 months and ALL OF A SUDDEN -he used to be amazing going down- he refuses. We pushed his bed time back about 2hours thinking that would help, NOPE. Still refuses🤦🏼‍♀️

It could very well be a phase or a transition into a new routine. Growth spurts can cause havoc.

He used to take 2 small naps a day. But now he’ll take a 2 hour one around noon bc his crazy butt wakes up between 6&7 EVERY MORNING . He used to go to bed at 7pm and would wake up at 7. But now he FREAKS if we put him to bed any earlier then 830-9 which is fine by me. But he still cries even at 830-9. Idk how else to transition him into bed time . We try to do quiet time but he always thinks it’s still play time I fight with him for like an hour just to get him to lay down consistently. It’s more so bed time I’m worried about . Nap time isn’t a necessity (although nice) lol!

It happens. My daughter was pretty good with naps and then she decided for herself one day if she would take a nap or not. Some days are naps others aren’t still. It didn’t really bother me because she still slept in.
