Crockpot chicken pesto: chicken breasts or thighs, 6-8oz pesto, 2 pats of butter. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Boil pasta (I prefer fettuccini). Shred chicken, mix in pasta, sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top (optional). It’s so good! Everyone in my house loves it plus it makes a LOT so we have enough for leftovers for lunches or another meal.
