At only 8-9 weeks I couldn’t sleep on my tummy no more. With my first pregnancy not till my 20 weeks or so.. is it cause i’m having twins this pregnancy?

I slept on my stomach until 20 or so weeks when I was pregnant with my girls. But I was also relatively small I think.
