My period abruptly stopped on its 4th day (it’s usually 6-7 days). Now I’m experiencing minor cramps & light nausea since it stopped, I can eat but I always end up throwing up a little bit in my mouth (gross, I know). It’s weird, I just don’t feel like myself. I had sex literally the day before my period came in & this was last week. Hoping for the best but preparing for the worst.
May I ask what you mean by “preparing for the worst”? Sometimes periods are shorter or longer than usual, and having sex the day before your period shouldn’t do anything. Sometimes I get nauseas when I’m on mine, like bad, but that’s just the hormone levels. Sometimes they’re higher or lower during different cycles.
@tothemoonandback95, ohh okay! Take a test hun! You never know unless you test. It could have just been a short period, or it could have been some sort of implantation bleeding. Are you sensitive to hormones? I’m super sensitive so my periods can make me nauseas and get sick.. but if you’re not like that then there could totally be another little reason 🥰 Sending baby dust love!
@mama.kay, I think it would still be too early to test, I’m thinking I’ll wait another week before I do. I think it was too much blood for implantation bleeding, maybe it could have a short period.
No! I never get nausea due to my period. I usually just get sore breast & cramps but ever since the bleeding stopped, I’ve been having minor cramp like feelings in my abdominal area. Thank you for the baby dust 🥰 we’ve been trying for over 2 years!
A break in the flow is normal, even it if doesn’t normally happen for you. I often bleed for 2-3 days then it stops for a day then it starts again for 2 more days. Periods can also cause nausea. If you got your period, you’re not pregnant sorry 😢 But if you’ve been trying for 2 years you should definitely get checked out and see if there’s anything they can do to help you along. Maybe you’re not ovulating. Have your partner checked too to make sure he has swimmers.
