concerned..!

My calendar says I have a period today but I spotted once yesterday after I urinated and then blood after intercourse . This morning I felt dizzy and tender breast, so I decide I should test came out neg. 🤷🏻‍♀️ what are your suggestion?? There is 7 more days left this month.
