I could really use a pep talk right about now.. any mama’s who have suffered from miscarriage want to chat? I lost my second child on Saturday at about 11 weeks gestation. I’m broken and lost. Anyone with a rainbow baby story is welcome to share as well, I’d love to hear them.

I’m truly sorry for your loss. I’ve struggled to conceive for years. My first round of IVF resulted in a pregnancy which I miscarried at 6w. It was my first pregnancy ever and I felt so attached. Although I think every pregnant woman becomes attached to her baby the moment she knows she is pregnant. I’m currently pregnant after my second successful IVF/ embryo transfer. I’m on the cusp of entering my second trimester but I never thought I’d get this far considering my previous was lost so early on. I empathize with your pain and my heart still aches at the thought of my MC and subsequently aches for every woman who loses a child or pregnancy in any fashion.

I’ve been told that the body often needs to reset and sometimes a MC is what resets the system, Which is why many conceive their rainbow baby shortly after. I hope that will be you when you are ready to try again.

I have had 3 miscarriages before this baby. I'm 34 weeks today and it still doesn't feel real to me. I feel baby kicking but I won't be able to rest until baby is born. Keep trying don't give up. It will happen when you least expect it.

I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. It’s definitely not easy.

I am not looking to have more kids but my third and last pregnancy was a miscarriage. I had never gone through that before. Passed everything at home and went to the er multiple times. It was too early to confirm a miscarriage until the final visit but I knew when it happened. I truly hope you get your rainbow baby. Don’t give up. 💕
