Easter day bbq snooze! Napping outside is the first step to getting prepared for camping this summer 😁 it was nice in the sun but chilly in the shade- which worked out because he will not go to sleep without mommies blankie unless he's in the car! (Yes he had sunscreen on and baby safe bug repellant)

Hmmm lots of baby/family safe bug repellant ans Sunscreen!. Good shoes for everyone. Put your campsite in a shady spot without too much pokey debris, you can clear some if its a decent level spot without having to cut anything down. And depending on where you're going you might have to lock up your food and hang it from a tree to keep bears and other critters out. High protein and carb snacks with plenty of water. If babe is still on a bottle bring lots of extras that fit in with gear, and some ecosafe soap if planing to wash them outside. A good book or two for the littleone for campfire fun. Smores. And don't forget to take pictures!

If it's not too hot a fitted sheet over the top will keep out buggies! Also, I love this. Our little one will be going hiking and camping with us often.

You could still do it! Just bring a blowup mattress instead of a sleeping bag, lay it on a blanket so it wont pop though! And find a comfy outside chair that you know you can get in and out of :)
