Me and my kids father aren't together and he's been harassing me lately. Now it's gotten to the point where he's talking to my family trying to figure out where I am or what I'm doing. He's friended people from my job somehow. Popping up at my house making sure I'm home and recently threatened to try and take the kids from me if we don't get back together. I'm keeping record and collecting witnesses because I think it's time we go to court. I feel so uncomfortable trying to live my daily life with him

I'm sorry that you're going through this. If you can, get a restraining order ASAP. Most times, the other party doesn't have to be present in order for a judge to grant it.
