My sciatica is really flaring up. It takes me 20 or 30 minutes from the kitchen upstairs to the room. I don't feel like this is normal. I can't walk. Yesterday and the day before it was hard also sometimes but it seemed the more I would walk the easier it got. But not tonight.. I hope I'm not ruining my nerve. Because sometimes it'll feel like something is about to break. Even when I'm just standing there waiting for the pain to stop so I can actually move a little, it'll hurt #22weeks #needthistogetbetter
