I completely skipped dinner 😂 just feed him whatever you’re eating. The more diverse the better. Don’t stress if he chooses not to eat and don’t force the issue. Unless there’s a medical issue (like autism for example) he will not starve himself to death.
Lunch - pbj, mac n cheese, diced ham, buttered noodles, grilled cheese
Snacks - fruit, hummus or ranch and carrots, cheese and crackers, goldfish, pretzels, apples with peanut butter
I went with ideas most kids will eat. Hope it helps.
