I made the decision to go ahead and cut my kids hair while he slept. 😬 He just got out of the bath and it looks fine so far. Hopefully it dries and looks decent. There's no way in hell he'd sit for a hairdresser and his hair was getting beyond unmanageable. It would tangle after he sleep and be in knots by morning.
