ATTENTION POTTY TRAINING MOMS; what would be best? We have a toddler seat that goes over our toilet for our 2yr but I just found him in FROG POSITION trying to get on to pee 😂 did you guys use steps to help them get on or should we just get him a toddler toilet for himself to put in one of our bathrooms? He's at the point where he doesn't come get me anymore he just takes his undies off and goes pees when he needs to. Lol
We started with a small potty. My son didn’t really like it. He prefers the big potty with no insert and then a step stool. Just give your child options.
Best investment we did was a toilet seat with toddler seat built in. It is quick to get down and easy to get up. So easy to clean (unlike our toddler seat with steps built in). We use a little ikea step stool for it and just keep the stool at the sink. My son moves it into place and lowers the potty seat himself.
he might not want to use the toddler potty even if you got it since he’s used to the big potty. they make steps designed for potty training.
I'd suggest a step stool so he can get on the toilet easier, don't get a toddler toilet if he's already going on the regular toilet without problems (other than reaching) if that makes sense
