It’s pieces of it. It doesn’t necessarily mean anything unless it has blood in it. I’ve lost my mucous plug at 36 weeks, then I had my bloody show at 39 weeks. 12 hours after I had my bloody show I went into labor.

Maybe soon will be tinted with blood. The day I had my bloody show I kept losing stringy pieces like the one in your picture. Then it was tinted with blood.

Yeah that’s parts of it. Like she said ^ unless it’s bloody it might mean baby’s coming, but that’s a good sign that it’s almost time :)

I hope so. I know it can grow back but with me being so far along I'm hoping it's time.

I agree with the pp. it’s pieces of your mucus plug. I lost mine last Thursday in 3 pieces. No much has changed. I’m still 3.5cm. It’s a sign that your body is getting ready. Good luck momma!
