My daughter has a sensory disorder but she doesn't mind getting her hair combed or being tickled or cuddled, Thank God! I would be a sad momma if she didn't like cuddles.

My oldest son has sensory disorder and has alot of these but not all

This is my oldest..well alot of it is and her doctor keeps telling me that's she'll "outgrow it"
Her teachers think it's unnecessary to test her since doctor isn't concerned 🤦
I'm at a loss at what to do.

My son would be so last if he wasnt getting the help he needed. I would say fight them. It took me going to 3 different doctors before they agreed to do somethinf

She has alot of symptoms.
Constantly washing hands.
Still won't eat most meat due to textures
Won't wear certain clothes because how they feel
Super sensitive
Hates loud noises
She's either slightly on the spectrum or she has a sensory disorder. Because of insurance only the doctor or school can help me.
I'm bringing it up again at her 7 year checkup (May) and if they don't listen. I'll try another doctor! Or I'll call the insurance myself and see if I can get around the referral rule
