Hi ladies I’m new to this group and I have a question hoping I have some answers. I stop my birth control pills about a month ago. It’s been 4 days from today that I’ve been having real bad cramps every 4 hours or so. My period says I won’t start until 6 more days but this morning I woke up with lower back pain and I took meds for pain that helped! My question is I didn’t use protection in my fertile days (2) could this be any symptoms for conception-implantation???? Forgot to mention (fertile days from 6-11) after that it’s 12 days when I have a period. Or is it that my cycle needs to adjust back? PLEASE ANY ANSWERS!!!

Probably just your cycle adjusting. Any time you add or take away bc from your system it can go outta wack. But it doesn’t hurt to test the day of your expected period.. that’s the only way to know
Could be your cycle adjusting or could be pregnancy symptoms. First pregnancy I thought I was starting my period I was having such bad cramps, turns out it was a normal pregnancy and my uterus was just stretching out and I was also having has pain that I thought were cramps
