Yes, I would consider that cheating or on the verge of cheating. That’s not ok to talk to other women like that. He probably wouldn’t like it if the tables were turned.

I would, he’s talking to another woman in a sexual way. He may not of physically done it, but he’s implying that he wants it to happen.
Honestly I would talk to him. But if he has done it before and he knows you consider it hurtful then I would suck it up and start planning on splitting up. (I say planning because 30 weeks makes the situation harder) I dont think its worth it to keep getting hurt in avoidable ways. People in general already have so much shit they have to deal with, adding to that is just messed up
