Hey mommies any tips on having anxiety attack
I meditate on God’s word I suffer from really bad panic attack and anxiety Once I start to feel the anxiety come on I just start say Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus and it works and then it goes away there is lots of power in that name.
@kedrababy, girl I use to have them everyday all day it was so horrible I lived like that for a whole year and the doctor wanted to put me on medicine but I didn’t want them or ever took them cuz of all the side effects but girl let me tell you I started going to saddle back church and watching the 700 club on tv and one day God healed me and now it’s been three years since I have had a panic attack every once in awhile I get anxiety alittle but I just start saying Jesus Jesus and he takes it away in the Bible it say just ask and it will be given so just have faith and believe God will take it away he will be your rock and u will see how better u will feel trust me living with anxiety and panic attack is not a way to live but God is big and he will heal you it took a whole year of pray and believe that he will take it away and he did. And trust me mine was so bad I would have to make my husband sit in the bathroom with me while I shower he had to be by my side all the time he couldn’t go to work it was the worst year of my life.

So just now I had some calming chocolates from good day chocolate. They have camomile and something else in them. It helped take me off edge but I must have a low tolerance bc it makes me sleepy afterwards. I’ll find their website hold on.

And I checked with my doc she said it’s fine to take, you know, being pregnant and all.
I really haven’t mastered it. I just try to take deep breaths and breathe. Go somewhere quiet
Don’t be angry this will get better life is hard but God helps us throw it all I hope you have a goodnight
