Running a mile is getting easier! 🏃🏾 Still got a lot of work to do but I haven't ran a mile without stopping or a mile in general in YEARS! I ran a mile Thurday for the first time and it took longer, today was my second time. I'm proud of myself 😁
I just got out of the shower. I feel like I just ran 3 miles.
running In high school I ran track. I loved the natural high I would get. The last time I ran I didn't get that. I ran for maybe 35 mins. Do you ladies get that euphoria? Do you think I just wasn't running fast enough?
I am so sore today! Yesterday I ran 3 miles in the morning. And 3 miles in the afternoon. Feels amazing to run. But I woke up stiff as a board. Definitely going to be lazy after work!
Well my beautiful home is gone it caught on fire while i was at work my oldest son saved all my kids then ran a mile to my work to get me all while having smoke exhalation and had to be placed on oxygen.
What is everyone craving? Ive been doing pretty good up until today. Craved a taco salad so of course had it, then ran errands and suddenly had a real urge for a bic mac. I think I can say I should be done eating for today. First time Ive been like that
