What helps babys head drop?? , I'm 39 weeks with my sixth baby I've never had a issue with baby being to high by now,....but today my midwife couldn't do a membrane sweep due to him being to high.

About 3 weeks before my scheduled c-section my doctor told me to start bouncing and rocking on an exercise ball. That it will help the baby drop lower and that way they’d be able to use my old c-section incision that was lower instead of making a new, higher one. He told me to do at least 30 mins on the ball a day.

With being busy with my two babies,and being a wife I decided to loc my hair. It’s a little more convenient then doing twist out, braid out etc. but I’m kinda missing my curls.
Only benefit of being high risk. In two weeks, I start weekly ultrasounds to measure my cervix. Waiting on a call from my OB to make an appointment to start progesterone injections. Two appointments every week. 😂😂
