Recovery is coming along,it’s been tough I won’t lie 🥺 Doctor had to make a small 2nd degree incision,she’s so worth it though!🎀

@ysalais, I found them pretty refreshing. Not sure if they help the healing process or what but I thought they helped. Man just thinking about this again is making me cringe. 🤣

Episiotomies are not fun times! 😭 I had one done with my son that was 3rd degree and recovery felt like it took forever just to be able to sit down comfortably again. Really hope I don’t have to have another one done. I used the little witch hazel pads and numbing spray my hospital gave me a lot. 😂
