So I’m trying to lose weight but I wanna keep my booty and thighs what exercises can I do that’ll allow me to just burn belly fat and keep the rest?
Plyometrics, HIITtraining. And diet is EVERYTHING! You WILL lose fat everywhere. But like @nap.queen said, you can replace it with muscle!
You can’t just burn fat in one area. Burning calories will reduce fat every where. You can, however, focus on building muscle in your thighs and gluteals
When you lose weight it will come off everywhere but doing squats and butt and leg exercises will help you keep it. You can do abs as well but the saying is abs are made in the kitchen meaning if your diet is not good then your stomach won't go down.
