It’s one of those Facebook video recipes 😆😆😆. 5 cans of corn (or 7 cups of frozen corn) 2 jalapeños that you roast over the burner (or under the broiler) and dice, 1 8 oz block of grated sharp cheddar cheese, 8 oz block of cream cheese. Put corn into the crock. Then the jalapeños then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, top with the grated cheese evenly. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and put them evenly over the top and go on high for 2 hours if you have canned. 3 hours if you use frozen.
Putting my jalapeño corn into the crock pot. I was going to make it yesterday, but my kids glasses all came in so we ate mall food so they could see instead 😆
