Anyone have any advice on how to deal with hemorrhoids. I have already tried creams & epson salt baths.

Do you sit down a lot? If you do sit on a pillow. It helps it not get inflamed. Drink a lot of water and take some fiber.

Did you get the cream from the hospital that is extra strength that the only thing that help with mine this last time.
