Wondering if any of you ladies have had the same!

I have an app which tells me when I’m ovulating and my ovulation day was yesterday. For the last 4 hours, I have been in agony like I’m in labour( not quite as bad). I have pressure pain in my bum, my lower back and hips are killing me, my stomach feels like the worst period pains I have ever had and I feel weak and sick. It literally feels like having mild contractions but the pain is getting to a point where I actually can’t take it. I’ve took paracetamol but that doesn’t seem to work. Anyone know what it could be ?
