This is hard to talk about soooo I’m 8 weeks pregnant 🤰🏻 I went to the Er do to really bad cramps they did an ultrasound n they didn’t find my twins heart ♥️ beats I’m going to the obgyn today I’m hoping I hear there little hearts ♥️ I’m not bleeding or anything just cramping but the Er doctor told me that some lost of the baby sometimes the baby won’t come out i won’t bleed or anything but the babies are dead my question is if the babies are dead what’s best a D&c or to take the pill 💊? Idk this is the first time this happened to me ? I’m heartbroken 😭 lost of words I’m tired of crying 😢 I don’t have no more tiers in me

I guess all you can do is just pray hope you can always think the worst about things girl even when things seem the worst she always got to think of some sort of positive I will definitely be straying a strong prayer for you tonight and for your baby boy and for sure for those two beautiful identical twins but no matter what mama just know they will always be your children they will always be a part of you and I will always be with you and they will most definitely always be looking down on their beautiful mama and they're amazing big brother

I’m so sorry for your losses! I’m hoping and praying they can find the heartbeats today! If you are miscarrying I highly recommend a D&C because the pill was horrible and some people don’t fully miscarry and end up having to get a d&c anyways. I had a d&c with my first miscarriage and my second miscarriage I decided to miscarry at home and it was horrible emotionally and physically. I felt fine physically after my d&c but not emotionally. Prayers for you and your babies and my inbox is always open if you need to talk

Just pray and stay positive you might be earlier than you think , I hope it’s just a mis understanding this happened to my with my second son and I was early on he didn’t have a heart beat yet and now he’s a healthy 5 yr old I’m gonna pray it’s the same situation for you !!! I’m sorry ❤️🙏😣

I'm praying when you go to the Ob they can find the heartbeat!! 8weeks is still pretty early to hear a strong or faint heartbeat, I couldnt really hear my baby's at 8 weeks. Just pray and don't stress, the ER really arent too good with those things!🙏🙏🙏

I was 10 weeks when I miscarry my first baby and just like you I was having a bad cramping and back pain, I didn’t bleed or anything. in my recommendations I will said take the pill, that’s exactly what I did and everything came out it was quick. Don’t do the D&C because it my affect you later on to get pregnant again and you have more chances to lost the baby... That’s what my doctor told me she said she wouldn’t recommend it until it’s really necessary because all the problems you can end up with.
