I hope you don’t have to go through it again. :/ My first one I was completely blindsided by the news of it not being viable. The second one I was too because I figured I already suffered one and then had my son so I would be okay.. but that one was the same type of miscarriage. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I am thankful I don’t have issues conceiving and am thankful I am pregnant with my daughter right now but I always get those ‘what if’ thoughts too for what if there had been babies for my miscarriages. It is a sucky thing to go through and I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy. So I hope everything is good and you can breath a bit easier!

I lost my first the same way, no heart beat at 6w. I understand your fear. All you can do is take deep breaths and try to relax for the sake of the current pregnancy and let go of the control. Truly it is out of your hands. All you can do is step forward with love and a positive mind set. Focus on how amazing it will feel to hear the heartbeat instead. That’s what I did.
