I pump around everybody I just have my lil cover over me lol they actually think it’s pretty cool

Yesss I feel this on a spiritual level lol. The first few weeks were really hard. People were constantly coming over and visiting, and I felt exiled having to take him away. It’s a little better now, because most of the time I’ll feed with the cover on. He hates it though, and gets hot so I still leave the room sometimes, or if we’re at a place where there are a lot of people.

I feed my son in front of close family and friends but if I’m out and about then I usually put a light cover over or step into another room but I try not to feel uncomfortable feeding him around people. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had to exclusively pump and it was lonely! Everyone is hanging out, talking, eating, watching TV and I have to disappear every 2-3 hours and basically sit in timeout. It was even like that at work. I am not looking forward to doing it again but it’s not all bad and it will be over before you know it.
